Artworks on this page are ‘Created by Natureza Gabriel and Hearth Science, Inc.’ That is how attribution should be stated unless there is another attribution on the image itself. In that case, use the original attribution (e.g., images by Eliza Wolfson).
Some of these images have been licensed directly by Hearth Science from Adobe Stock, so you use of the images is derivative to Hearth Science use rights. If you are re-publishing state that the image is licensed from Hearth Science.
Some of these images are not of neurology per se, but are morphologically identical to neural structure (e.g., the images of plants and their root systems.)
Some of the anatomical illustrations are from The Atlas of Human Anatomy and Surgery published by Jean Baptiste Marc Bourgery (1797-1849) and republished by Taschen.
Others are from a poster made in Germany in 1964 and found in an antique store in Vienna by a friend of ours.
Finally, there are the illustration inventions of Santiago Ramón y Cajals, the visionary father of Neuroscience.
