In this semester-long practice group centered around a 5-day depth transformational retreat with Natureza Gabriel we will deep-dive experientially into interoceptive tracking of self and clients: one of the foundational competencies in applying the autonomics model in your clinical or coaching practice.

This training is for practitioners: wellness professionals and coaches. A foundation literacy with autonomic physiology will be presumed. You can achieve this in a variety of ways, including by doing self-paced work with our Practitioner Training Subscription.
